What If I want a tailored program?
Our programs are all structured in a way that enables our clients to pick and choose what to include in a certain program. Our programs are modular in their format, so to allow flexibility in the design while taking into consideration our clients challenge and needs that we would like to address in the most cost effective way.
How much do I have to invest in a training program?
Our training investment fees for designing and tailoring training programs are function of the time and resource we put towards them for each project. We would be happy to provide information in details about our fees' three-segment structure as well as our “train & retain” policy all that to fit our fees to your budget.

Where are the programs held?
Our in-house programs scheme (IPS) gives our clients the full freedom to choose the right venue for the training as long as it is deemed conducive with proper seating arrangement and audiovisual equipment such as TV, Video, VCR, LCD projector and a CD/DVD player for music and fun.

How do you measure the success of training programs?
An important part of the success of training is measurement of the implementation of the skills and philosophies learned. We work closely with our client's management to agree on a certain suitable method of evaluating the usage and application of the desired skills and behaviors and competencies before delivery takes place. This will allow Corner-stone the opportunity to recommend suitable strategies upon reaching delivery. One of the methods we find our clients always in favor of, is the filling of action plans that allow participants to connect personally to what skills they like to adapt and by when and how, explaining if there are any other anticipated challenges that can be a possible obstacle.
No matter how we do the success measurement, or what we do, we always include traditional, conventional and innovative methods or combination of the three that can be stand alone or easily compatible integrated and harmonious with our client's existing performance management systems.

Do you do one-on-one programs?

Do you do public programs?
Yes” very shortly we will be offering a variety of management related topics to be conducted at 5 star hotels in Arabic or in English in the Gulf region and the Middle East. If you send us your email address, we will keep you on our database to include you on our future monthly newsletter and public programs' news.
