Using a partnership approach with associate training partners and clients, we are committed to providing quality training solutions keeping our methods practical and innovative. We want to be simple and we dare saying it out loud.
We offer highly interactive and innovative solutions to our clients which lead the way with tremendous opportunities to practice and develop the skills of their staff and breathing assets to become successful in business today.
Step 1: Initial meeting and contact (The Learning)
The main objective here is to gather information as much as possible regarding the business of our prospect client day in day out. We educate ourselves in order to be able to apprehend the challenge they face and to see how and when we can address them and eventually what we can offer them in a meaningful way. This can include looking at database, meeting delegates if necessary and learning about best practices.
Step 2: The proposal, discussion and delivery (The
Delivery)
The fully tailored proposal is submitted based on the talks carried out in step 1 and our clients' feedback and suggestions. Discussions will take place. The needed changes are carried out to reflect a mirror image of our client's needs addressed correctively and meaningfully spot on.
Once this is done and approved, on site and offsite research and desk work will be carried out by our training associates keeping in mind all of our clients' needs, challenges, best practices and even delegates feedback, in order to reflect more quality and relevance of the subject matter presented and to provide a more meaningful staging of the learning experience. Finally in this step the delivery takes place where the tailored course is delivered by a bilingual or trilingual associate training partner in a venue of our client's choice.
Step 3: Measurement and Follow-up (The Partnership)
In this step of the process our clients had already seen and lived the edu-enter-training experience we share with participants and have already formulated their opinion based on the feedback they receive from participants with regards to continuing our relationship. The return on investment is measured together with clients from the happy sheets level to application of skills on the job, to implementation of knowledge and change of behavior and up to the R.O.I. We strongly recommend to our clients, being “No parachute trainers” to conduct implementation workshops as part of measuring the return on investment. We advise them on the most effective ways available to them to maximize on the learning imparted. This will benefit both Corner-stone and our partner clients as more training needs will be highlighted and more cadet management prospect employees are identified. Whilst still digging down deep to instill the powerful root of trust and loyalty.

Why Companies like to deal with us?
Many training companies offer what appear to be very similar programs. Training alone has very limited value for an organization. It is the practicality of those learned concepts that represent the time worth of a training program.
Too much information can be a hindrance and confuses the conscious mind. Effective training brings in simplicity with enough depth to convey real understanding and crystal clear concepts.
The training we offer is quite different and considered special as it addresses learning from a different stand point. To get results three major elements get into play: Depth of Learning, Innovation and Quality.
Depth of Learning
Traditional training methods focused on developing skills, knowledge and behaviors, but this does not guarantee entirely that the learners are committed to using and integrating the new approach. You might have the knowledge and skill you need to carry out a certain task effectively but you might choose not to actively and consciously use them.
In our training approach, we influence what is going under the surface in order to create a profound impact on behavior eventually on the surface. Change can happen if the training program simultaneously communicates to both the conscious and unconscious level of the learner’s mind.
Deep accelerated learning means it should be …
- Highly participative to ensure retention and commitment to action
- An Innovative approach to interrupt old ways of thinking and create new learning states
- Multi-sensory appealing to the 5 senses (hear, touch, see, taste and smell)
- Fun to delegates to ensure positive association with the learning

Innovation and Impact
From start to finish we apply an exceptionally creative approach to make sure the learning experiences of our audience are powerful and memorable.
- We use games, music and other themes to add interest and coherence
- We use metaphors and action metaphors

Quality
We believe a great deal in quality, which involves attention to the smallest detail that forms the basis of any training program. Beginning with a pre-training proposal and ending with a post-training certificate and evaluation report.
Do you consider your employees as your organization’s first and last asset? … Of course! But enough to invest in quality training?
In a nut shell …
We are not parachute trainers as we don’t fly in, conduct training, collect check, and fly out. We live to train and not the other way around. We are dedicated flexible and get absorbed fully in what we do. Our approach to training and imparting training is learner centered rather than trainer centered addressing both the conscious and the unconscious mind.
